While offensive stats are important, your armor can help you maintain uptime in the fight. Here’s how to balance offense and defense:
Offensive Modifiers on Armor: Seek armor pieces that boost physical damage, spell damage, or POE currency attack speed. Amulets with Increased Damage or Critical Strike Chance can also help you push more damage per hit or cast.
Weapon Crit: If your build focuses on Critical Strikes, invest in gear that boosts Critical Strike Chance or Critical Strike Multiplier. For instance, an amulet with +% Critical Strike Chance or +% Critical Strike Multiplier can significantly boost your burst damage. Adding Power Charges or Frenzy Charges also increases your crit potential.
Global Damage Mods: Gear pieces with Increased Global Damage or % Increased Damage can boost the overall effectiveness of your abilities, including damage-over-time effects like Poison or Bleed.
