Smite: Grab Smite to boost your damage output. You don't need to max this node out early; just get the base functionality.
Armor Clad: Take some points in Armor Clad to improve your defense.
Once you've completed these points, shift to the Void Knight tree to unlock the Devouring Orb.
Void Knight Tree
Devouring Orb: Grab this skill early, as it's the backbone of your
damage output. Focus on Void damage over time and Time Rot damage scaling.
Abyssal Rush: Unlock this node to cheap Last Epoch gold make the orbs auto-cast when you're moving, ensuring you're constantly applying damage while running.
